Contact and corrections
Specific reports make problems easier to reproduce and correct.
Get in touch
Email timni8016@gmail.com for Kiectry. Email links hand a draft to your email application; the website does not send it automatically. There is no public comment area or server-side contact form.
Tool reports
Include the tool URL, page language, seed, relevant settings, expected behavior, and observed behavior. If locks were used, identify the retained parts. Do not include unpublished manuscripts, credentials, or other unnecessary confidential information.
Text and rights concerns
Identify the passage, the possible confusion, and any source that can be checked. For a rights concern, provide enough information to identify the material and a way to contact you. We do not publish your correspondence on the site.
Notebook recovery limits
Project notebooks live in your browser. We cannot recover them from a server. An exported JSON can be imported on the notebook page; retain the original backup first. No fixed response time is promised.
