Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PRIMORDIALORIGIN handles site visits, creative tools, local notebooks, and correspondence, and describes the processing and choices relevant to any future Google AdSense or Google Ad Manager / Ad Exchange (AdX) advertising.
1. Scope and responsible publisher
This policy covers the English and Traditional Chinese versions of primordialorigin.com. The operator and privacy contact is Kiectry, at timni8016@gmail.com, No. 76 Mingzhu Avenue, Huaxi District, Guiyang, Guizhou, China. Third-party services also explain their own processing in their privacy notices.
Effective and last updated: October 31, 2026. Both language versions describe the same site functions and processing. Please contact us with the specific passage if a translation is unclear.
2. Current service and planned advertising
The current website code does not integrate Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, AdX, advertising pixels, or visitor analytics. There are no member accounts, payments, or server-side creative-content database. Applying for or obtaining advertising approval does not itself activate advertisements.
After obtaining the necessary access and completing configuration, we may fund the site through AdSense or Google Ad Manager / Ad Exchange (AdX) and selected advertising partners. The advertising sections below apply only when the relevant services are actually enabled. Before activation, we will update actual provider disclosures and implement applicable privacy choices and consent mechanisms. This policy is not a cookie consent dialog and does not activate advertising.
3. Connection data when you visit
Your browser requests pages, fonts, code, and the tool directory from the website host. Hosting, content-delivery, or security services may process IP addresses, requested URLs and query strings, timestamps, browser and device information, referring pages, response status, and error records to deliver content, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse. Ordinary connection records do not mean that the application uploads your local notebook.
A public hosting provider has not yet been selected, so actual server locations and log retention periods are not yet specified. Before public operation we will supplement this information to reflect the chosen hosting and security services.
4. Tool inputs, generation, and search
Names, story briefs, and comparisons are computed in your browser. The tools do not send inputs to an external AI model. We do not provide an application endpoint that automatically uploads your creative inputs, notebook, or results. Unsaved drafts normally remain in the current page memory and can disappear when you reload or close it.
Home-page suggestions match queries locally after downloading our tool directory. Submitting a search or using directory filters can put keywords and categories into a URL query string, where they may enter hosting request logs and browser history. Do not put identifying details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive material into searches, motifs, exclusions, or seeds.
5. Local notebooks and browser storage
Saved drafts, project names, world rules, notes, and the active project selection use browser localStorage under primordialorigin.notebook.v1. This supports local site functions; it is not an advertising cookie or cloud backup. The application reads it to show saved work and apply project settings. It does not automatically sync across devices or browsers.
Data remains until you remove content, clear this site’s browser data, or the browser removes it. Individual drafts can be removed in the notebook. To erase all local data, including projects and rules, use your browser’s site-data settings. Export anything you wish to keep first. Clearing browser data does not delete downloaded files, emails you have sent, or copies held by other people.
6. Imports, exports, clipboard, and shared links
Backup import reads a file you select within your browser and does not upload it to an application server. JSON and text exports are created by the browser and may contain project names, complete drafts, notes, and settings. Copy buttons write the specified text when activated; the site does not read existing clipboard contents. Printing is handled by your browser and chosen print service.
Copying a setup link puts settings and a seed into its URL. Anyone receiving that link can read those settings. URLs can also appear in history, request records, screenshots, or third-party records. Remove private material before sharing links or exported files.
7. Correspondence and information you provide
An email link opens your email application. If you send a message, we receive your email address, any name you provide, the message, and attachments to reply, investigate issues, handle rights requests, and maintain necessary case records. Gmail and your email provider process correspondence under their own terms.
Provide only information needed for your request. We do not publish your correspondence as user reviews or intentionally supply local creative content or correspondence to advertising partners as audience lists.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The site’s own code currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Local notebooks use the storage described above. Future hosting, security, or advertising services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, or other identifiers. Their purposes, providers, and lifetimes differ.
When advertising is enabled, third parties, including Google, may place or read cookies in your browser or collect information through web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers. Applicable consent messages and provider disclosures will describe actual technologies and purposes; we will not label every third-party technology as essential functionality.
9. Google AdSense, if enabled
Google and other third-party advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Google advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to deliver personalized ads based on those visits, subject to your region, choices, and the actual advertising configuration.
Ad requests may transmit page URLs, IP addresses, browser and device details, cookies or other identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and consent signals to Google. These may support delivery, measurement, frequency controls, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted. We will not intentionally pass notebook contents, private notes, or correspondence as advertising targeting parameters.
10. Google Ad Manager, AdX, and other partners, if enabled
Using Google Ad Manager / Google Ad Exchange (AdX) may involve exchanges, buyers participating in auctions, advertising networks, technology vendors, and measurement or fraud-prevention services. Depending on configuration and consent, these partners may receive limited ad-request information and process it according to their roles and policies. Processing can involve more parties than the advertiser whose ad is ultimately shown.
There is currently no active advertising partner list. We do not represent every possible buyer as an existing partner. Before activation, we will disclose selected providers and links to their privacy information, and maintain the applicable partner and purpose list in the consent management platform. New arrangements that change data uses will be reflected in our disclosures and required choices.
11. Personalized ads, non-personalized ads, and controls
Personalized advertising may use interests or activity across websites. Non-personalized ads generally use contextual factors such as page content or approximate location, but may still use cookies or identifiers for frequency controls, aggregate reporting, or fraud prevention. Non-personalized does not mean no personal-data processing or automatically remove consent requirements.
Google Ads Settings and My Ad Center, linked below, provide controls for Google advertising. Participating industry opt-out tools provide additional choices. Their effects may be limited to particular providers, accounts, or browsers and do not replace this site’s future consent controls. Opting out of personalization generally does not remove all ads. Browsers can also restrict cookies; clearing data or changing devices may require you to set choices again.
12. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Before providing Google advertising subject to applicable consent requirements to users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we will configure a Google-certified consent management platform integrating the IAB TCF, explain purposes and partners, and obtain consent before relevant storage or personal-data processing where required.
Once enabled, applicable regional messages will offer acceptance, refusal, or management choices and a way to reopen those choices. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing based on consent. No advertising consent platform is active in the current version; this page does not claim to have stored or transmitted your advertising consent. We do not treat continued browsing alone as consent to ads personalization.
13. Other regional choices and legal grounds
Depending on applicable law and the processing concerned, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Certain US state laws also provide opt-outs of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising and, where applicable, an appeal. Location, applicability thresholds, and exceptions affect these rights; requests are not all subject to the same rules.
Where required, future advertising deployment will provide relevant opt-out access and configure the handling of valid preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Advertising-related signal integrations are not currently deployed. We do not currently exchange notebook or contact information for money. Future transfers of advertising identifiers may nevertheless count as a sale or sharing under some laws and will require corresponding disclosures and controls.
Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on consent, functions you request, legitimate interests in necessary security and operation, or legal obligations, depending on purpose and any required balancing of your rights. Policy text is not blanket authorization for every data use.
14. Recipients and international processing
Recipients may include actual hosting and security providers, email services, and Google or advertising technology partners that are later enabled and disclosed. We may also disclose information as legally required, in response to lawful requests, or where necessary to protect the site and others’ rights. Providers may act as processors or independently determine some purposes.
The operator is located in China. Internet infrastructure, email, and future advertising services may process information outside your location. Actual processing locations depend on the final providers. Where cross-border safeguards are required, we will assess and adopt the necessary arrangements. This policy does not claim contracts that have not been entered into or a storage location that has not been selected.
15. Retention and security
Local notebook retention is described in section 5. Correspondence is retained as needed to answer requests, resolve disputes, keep necessary case records, or meet legal obligations; there is no single fixed period for all messages. Hosting logs and future third-party advertising data have different lifetimes according to service, settings, and purpose. Relevant details or provider links will be added when deployment is determined.
We will use access restrictions and security measures proportionate to the service, but no transmission or storage is absolutely secure. People with access to your device or browser may see local information. Manage shared devices carefully and keep any backups you need.
16. Children and sensitive information
This is a general creative tool, not a service directed to children under 13. It does not request age or identity documents. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through correspondence. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information we should not retain. Applicable child-protection ages can differ by location.
Do not include unnecessary health, financial, religious, precise-location, or other sensitive information in settings, shared URLs, or correspondence. Future advertising will not intentionally build audiences from sensitive creative inputs. Any change towards child-directed features or content would first require appropriate data and advertising configuration changes.
17. Making a privacy request
Email timni8016@gmail.com with a subject such as “PRIMORDIALORIGIN privacy request.” Describe the information involved, the action requested, and how we can reply. If identity confirmation is necessary, we will request proportionate information. Do not send identity documents or passwords in advance. We will respond within applicable time limits and explain relevant restrictions, extensions, or reasons a request cannot be completed.
We cannot remotely read or delete your browser notebook; manage it as explained in section 5. Requests concerning data independently held by Google or another provider may need to be made through that provider’s privacy tools. Where applicable, you can complain to a competent data protection or regulatory authority if you consider processing improper.
18. External links and updates
Opening an external resource, Google setting, or other third-party website sends a request to that service, which handles information under its own policy. Links help you understand processing and exercise choices; they do not mean we control or guarantee external services.
We will update this policy and its visible date as advertising services, providers, features, or applicable requirements change. Material changes to data uses will receive appropriate notice and renewed consent where needed. English and Traditional Chinese versions will be updated together.
